Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective or has not arrived as described. You must request a return 14 days from receiving your item/s. If you need to request a return, please email info@katherinelillieinteriors.com.au

• Any item/s must be in its original condition.
• All original packaging and tags need to still be attached.
• Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please allow 7 business working days for your refund to be made onto the credit card used in the original purchase.

Due to current times with Covid 19. We cannot guarantee delivery times. These timings are subject to change due to carrier and warehouse delays. We ship Australia wide at a small fee of $12.95 All orders will be dispatched via Couriers- Australia Post or Border Express and delivered within 2-5 business days.
